Accreditation is subject to annual renewal and periodic review. Status may be conditional, suspended, withdrawn or allowed to expire where requirements are not maintained.
Complaints, expired documents, failure to renew, serious conduct concerns or failure to uphold BCUK standards may lead to review of continued accreditation.
UKBCR is an independent commercial accreditation register. It is not a government register, statutory approval, warranty or guarantee of future workmanship. It does not replace planning permission, Building Regulations, statutory certification, written contracts or homeowner due diligence.
